How To: Prosciutto by #blissandboards I still can't come up with a name for this little cutie. Help your cheese sister out! 😘 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗰𝗶𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗼/ 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗲-𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗹 -Select prosciutto that has the thickest outer fatty layer. I find those are the easiest to work with as well being the most aesthetically pleasing to my eyes. -Fold the prosciutto in half. Use a back and forth motion to layer the prosciutto. Please refer to video. Remember to pinch the bottom so the folds stay in place. -Arrange the prosciutto in a circular shape, placing one on top of the other until your arrangement resembles a flower etc. It really is that simple. 🙂 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: This is for tutorial purposes only, that's why I'm not wearing gloves.
