Jump is a fun community event and it is $16 dollars for 1 hour for all ages.  There are many activities to do at Jump such as the, dodgeball game, foam pit and a normal trampoline area. Benefits of these are, it can improve the body energy levels, burns fat and it also develops muscles. This is a reversibility activity as you can only have an hour to use the trampolines and all the fat you burn will be gained again if you do not keep up with the training/activities.

Paradice Ice Skating is a community activity. There’s a fee to enter Paradice, people 13+ pay a fee of $18 dollars including a pair of ice skates. You can do more than ice skating as there are various activities you can do such as, Ice hockey and figure skating. There are many benefits of ice skating  such as it develops leg muscles, improves cardio, improves endurance and it improves your balance. This activity is a specificity training as it improves certain muscles.

Community: (Tedium) I think this would come under tedium because ice-skating is a fun activity to do with friends and family.

Basketball is a group activity. Basketball is free game and is done with a group of 10 people or less in a full game.
