All of That & A Batch of Kale Chips! -
-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. -In a large mixing bowl massage kale for about 4 minutes with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. -Add parmesan and garlic! (4 tablespoons parmesan & 1 tsp of garlic powder) Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the kale is complete crisp. I like to leave the kale in the oven after I turn it off to make it extra crispy. I store the leftover chips in a plastic baggy out on the counter. The kale stays crisp and lasts several days.
