What you’ll need Flesh of 1 young coconut (and enough filtered water to make the blade go around) 2 dates, pitted roughly chopped ½ cup of raw cashews 3 tbsp. raw cacao powder Pinch of salt Mixed berries, to serve What to do 1.Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. 2.Pour into a nice martini glass or a tall tumbler. Top with mixed berries.
