Boxed In

It was a spectacular fog filled morning today in Sydney. I was lucky enough to be out and about taking some pictures. After missing last years fog I vowed to capture it this time round, lucky for me I had the morning off work. Originally all that was on my mind was to shoot the rays shining through the bridge, although when looking back at the images there was something missing. So I took a few steps back and added a foreground, and this image is the end result.

SECLUDED PIER AT LAKE BRUNNER (Places) - I was on my 170 km solo cycling trip around West Coast, New Zealand and one of the destinations was famous Lake Brunner. I reached this pier one foggy morning and I found this moment was “like no other”. (Photo and caption by Mohd Nadly Aizat Mohd /National Geographic Photo Contest)#
