Sappy - Steak Bites in Garlic Butter Cream with Shell Pasta Ingredients: - 1 lb steak tips or sirloin, cubed - 2 tablespoons butter - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 2 cups shell pasta - 1 cup heavy cream - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning - Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: 1. Cook shell pasta according to package instructions; drain. 2. Season steak with salt and pepper. 3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook steak bites until browned; remove and set aside. 4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté 30 seconds. 5. Add heavy cream and Parmesan. Stir until thickened. 6. Return steak bites to the pan along with the cooked pasta. Toss everything together. 7.
