I N G R E D I E N T S Cheese: • 1/2 cup (75g) unsalted cashew nuts • 1/2 cup plant milk • 4 tbsp corn starch • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp garlic powder Topping: • Dried basil D I R E C T I O N S: 1. Add all cashew cheese ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until smooth. 2. Pour the mixture into a pan and heat up. Make sure you stir constantly. After a few minutes it will turn into a thick paste. 3. Transfer the paste into a suitable tupperware and even out. 4. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 5. Then sprinkle some dried basil on a plate.
